What To Expect On Your Visit?
We’ll start with a consultation!
- Patients can book online or call and schedule a visit to discuss how we may be able to help you achieve your wellness goals! This extensive consultation will be done with a Nurse Practitioner from here in our office. During your visit you will be given an order for the bloodwork. We will teach you how to safely take any medications, give yourself injections if necessary or schedule any necessary follow ups to get you on your way to weight loss.
Next, Lab Work!
- As a new patient we will need to collect some basic blood work as well as general patient info.
Then, A Phone-Call Follow-Up
- We will schedule a follow-up phone call to discuss your blood work, the regimen and procedure of medication and treatment. Your prescriptions are picked up at a pharmacy, we do not dispense the medication from our office.
Follow Ups
- Follow up appointments will be required every 60-90 days or as needed.
